As a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator Paulita Gordon (Our Founder) saw a need in the industry that was not being addressed. Stepping out of the educational setting to the longterm care industry was monumental for her. However, her diverse background afforded her the opportunity to think big for the sake of helping others, particularly the elderly. Her professional background includes Educator, Educational Administrator, Life Coach and Mediator but most of all she was raised in the SNF industry by her mother (a Director of Nurses) and she has a passion for the Silent Generation.
The Values That Drive Us
Starting from the ground up as a Certified Nurse Assistant at the age of sixteen, Dr. Gordon clearly understands what it takes to improve the quality of life for the elderly from a personal aspect: the resident’s point of view.
With a burning desire to meet the needs and wants of the elderly, Dr. Gordon is always in the long-term care facilities working with staff and volunteers to help implement improvements in daily routines that will create smiles and connect lifelong friends. Dr. Gordon's extensive educational leadership experience and entrepreneurial vision have propelled Texas Generational Services to new heights, expanding its impact across generations and communities throughout Texas.

President
Dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents Paulita is a Servant Leader with a heart full of love for the vulnerable. An Educator, Life Coach and Realtor with over 30 years of Volunteering and serving the community TGS is the perfect cumulation of a diverse life of serving others.
Robert Woodard
Chaplain
Robert is a Marine Veteran, Nurse and Chaplain who started serving the community as a youth. Volunteering through church and college. His passion for helping the vulnerable is unmatched. TGS is proud to have Robert on our team.
Jamila Brazelton
Dir. Business Development
Jamila has a diverse background and brings a wealth of knowledge from her life as a military brat to her educational studies. Her energy and ideas are excellent assets to TGS.
